Introduction

Romply ("we", "the app") respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting their personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use and protect it when you use the Romply app to manage entertainment centers and bookings.

Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Account data: name, email address, and phone number (for center owners and staff).
• Customer data: customer name and phone number, entered by center staff for booking, loyalty, and subscription purposes.
• Booking data: session details, times, and amounts paid.

We do not collect any location data, and we do not access your device's camera or personal files.

How We Use Your Data

• To run core app functionality: creating bookings, managing sessions, and issuing invoices.
• To send SMS messages to parents when needed — such as a child check-out confirmation code or an end-of-time alert.
• To operate the loyalty and subscription programs.

We do not use your data for any advertising, we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not use it to track you across other apps or websites.

Sharing With Service Providers

We rely on trusted service providers solely to operate the app:

• Supabase — for secure data storage on cloud servers.
• Bevatel — for sending SMS messages.

These providers only access what is necessary to perform their services.

Data Protection

We apply technical safeguards, including isolating each center's data from others (Row-Level Security), encrypting communications, and keeping sensitive keys in a secure server environment away from the app.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for entertainment-center owners and their staff (adults), not for children. Any child-related data (such as the number of children in a session) is entered by an adult staff member for operational purposes only, and we do not collect identifying data directly from children.

Your Rights

• The right to access or correct your data.
• The right to request deletion of your account and data.
• The right to inquire about how your data is processed.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use the service. Upon an account deletion request, your data is deleted within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations (such as retaining invoices for accounting purposes).
